The information contained on the ATLAS Portal ("Site") is made available as a service by the Statistical Center for HIV/AIDS Research ("SCHARP") at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center ("Fred Hutch") in order to foster rapid dissemination of information among scientific collaborators. Intended Use of the ATLAS Science Portal

Below is a list of intended uses of this Site as provided by SCHARP. Unlisted uses of this Site are allowed, but are not supported.

• Web Portal: The Site provides basic web portal functionality such as lists, wikis, discussions, and document libraries.
• Data Sharing: SCHARP and its network partners provision study materials and reports for consumption by scientific collaborators and network users.
• Assay Collection: SCHARP collects data for various assays from network labs and may provide quality control or other assay reporting feedback.
• Specimen Reporting: SCHARP provides network and processing labs with specimen shipping and tracking information, and network labs with quality assurance reports.
• Adjudication: SCHARP provides assay adjudication functionality to network labs and investigators.
