- DV_serum: Geometric mean of VRC01 concentrations in serum at week 28 and week 32 (mcg/ml)
- DV_rectal: VRC01 concentrations in rectal at week 30 (all missing data / NA values)
- sex: male or female
- weight: body weight (kg)
- dose: dose level: VRC01 10 mg/kg or VRC01 30 mg/kg
- CSCTRFLN: indicator of HIV infected cases or controls.  Only include controls in the analysis, to match HVTN 116 data.
